I've officially LOST 15kg

Feel my joy! I am happy at last... 15kg down... the items in my waredrobe now actually fit correct and actually some that didn't before now do... I've been gyming... did my first YOGA class this week to work on my stress and chilling out... it was good.. had a pt session yesterday and have a good feeling about my new personal trainer... i reckon she's going to get me enthuised... I also joined up on the 6 week bootcamp that starts in 2 weeks time so do I feel good hell yeh...

I also worked out that my high blood pressure goes higher when I am stressed out... So I've been working on my breathing, going for a work when I feel a bit stressed or a bit of anxiety come on..

So far I'm gud...
I've had 2 times now that bread is getting a bit hard to swallow... but I've not thrown anything up.... the first time I was just eating the wrong thing... shouldn't have had the hot chips on bread in the first place and knew after the 2nd bite to stop what I was doing... the 2nd time I was just eating a salad sandwich but after I slowed down and took smaller bites all was good...

I am finding that portion size is ok too... I am full after about a cup or small plate full and I am loving the new fish meals that I have added to the home dinner menu and so are the family... I've tried to have 2 servings of fish at least a week....

Took multivitams this week and have felt a bit off so will have to ask doctor about that this week... he originially told me to hold off until I was eating a bit more but the dietian told me to start again..
